We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. All items must be returned unworn and unused with the original tags attached. If you wish to return something outside of our 14-day window, please contact us directly at info@furelisepets.com and we will try to help in any way we can. If we are able to take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of store credit.

If you have purchased a toy from us and it has become torn or no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement. Aside from normal wear and tear, if you bought other items from us that are defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis. Simply email us with your order number at info@furelisepets.com. Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back. We retain the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.

As a small business, inventory and lead times can vary. We will try to keep our most popular items in stock year-round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked.
