We accept returns and exchanges on items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Please click here to view our full refund policy.

If you wish to return something outside of our 14-day window, please contact us directly and we will try to help in any way we can. If we are able to take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of a store credit.

If you have purchased a plushie from us and it has become torn or no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement. Aside from normal wear and tear, if a product is defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back.

We accept most major credit cards and Google Pay. We also offer payment via Shop Pay Installments for orders over $50 to buy now and pay later with no interest or fees. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

Yes — we offer virtual gift cards through our website. They are sold in increments of $25, $50, $100, $200 or $300. The gift card will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Please note that gift card purchases are nonrefundable. If you wish to purchase a gift card for a custom amount, please contact us at info@furelisepets.com.

As a small business, inventory and lead times can vary. We will try to keep our most popular items in stock year-round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. You can, however, visit the product page of any sold-out item, select the size and color, and enter your email address or phone number to be notified when/if the product becomes available again.

In most cases, we recommend handwashing with gentle soap to preserve the product quality, but more detailed care instructions are listed on each product page.
