We believe in love at furst sight. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or need to swap it for a different size or color, please visit our returns center to submit a return request for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery date
Our policy
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn and unused with the original tags attached. You will also need to include a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase.
We are only able to offer one complimentary exchange per order. If you need help with sizing, please contact us at info@furelisepets.com. We're more than happy to help!
A $5 restocking fee will be deducted for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International orders
International customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment and all related fees, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
Please note: shipping fees and import duties/customs taxes are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to us at info@furelisepets.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we’ve inspected and approved your return, we will issue a refund to your selected method and send you a confirmation email. For refunds to the original payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for it to reflect on your account. However, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
For refunds in the form of store credit, you will receive a confirmation email containing your store credit code and instructions on how to redeem it on furelisepets.com.
