But we also know that some pets like to play a little ruff. That’s why we stand behind our products with a promise that reflects our furever devotion to you.

If you’ve purchased a toy that’s been well-loved to the point of damage, we’re happy to offer a 30% discount code toward a replacement. For all other items, if you experience a defect or performance issue (outside of normal wear and tear) within one year of purchase, we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
