All our products are carefully sourced through the eyes of pet owners and approved by our pets. They are made to last through a lifetime of adventures (and naptimes) but we also know some like to play ruff and we're willing to stay true to our furever devotion to you. If you purchased a toy from us that is damaged and no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement. Aside from normal wear and tear, if you bought other items from us that are defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis. Simply email us with your order number at info@furelisepets.com along with your reason for replacement.
