Returns & Exchanges

We believe in love at furst sight — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may request a return for refund or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date by visiting our Returns Center.

Our Policy

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with tags attached
  • Include a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

We offer one complimentary exchange per order — however, this does not apply to Elise Galleria orders (see below).

Refunds

  • All refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Elise Galleria Orders

All Elise Galleria items are eligible for return only — exchanges are not available for these items. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Center. Please refer to the product page for any item-specific return notes.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any related fees, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect — in that case, we’ll provide a complimentary return label.

As with all returns, original shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Please visit our Returns Center to begin your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without approval will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Authorization & Rejections

We reserve the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with our return policy. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@furelisepets.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
