We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment date. All items must be returned unworn and unused with their original Fur Elise tags attached. To initiate the process, please follow this link.

We know play can get rough. If your plushie is torn or no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement.

Aside from normal wear and tear, if a product is defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Simply email us with your order number at info@furelisepets.com. Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. We retain the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.

To keep your plushie feeling its softest, we recommend handwashing with soap. If you must machine-wash, use the delicate wash cycle and tumble dry low.
