To preserve the softness and shape, we recommend hand washing with gentle soap. If machine washing, use the delicate cycle and tumble dry low.
We know some like to play ruff and we're willing to stay true to our furever devotion to you.
If you purchased a toy from us that is damaged and no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement.
Aside from normal wear and tear, if you bought other items from us that are defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Simply email us with your order number at info@furelisepets.com along with your reason for replacement. Please note that shipping costs are not covered for replacements. We retain the rights to all decisions related to replacement requests.
Expected delivery is currently the beginning of February 2026. You will be notified as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns and exchanges on select items within 14 days of delivery date. Please check our refund policy to ensure the item qualifies. All items must be returned unworn and unused with their original Fur Elise tags attached. To initiate the process, please go to https://furelisepets.com/a/returns. If you would like to return an item past the 14 days window, please contact us directly at info@furelisepets.com. If we are able to take the item back, it will be refunded in the form of store credit.
