If you purchased a toy from us that is damaged and no longer usable, we will offer a 30% discount code for you to order a replacement.
Aside from normal wear and tear, if you bought other items from us that are defective or not performing up to standard within a year of purchase, we will work to find a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
